A series of N-((4,5-dihydro-5-substituted-1-thiocarbamoyl-1-H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)(methylthio)methyl)-2-substituted thiazolidine-4-carboxamide derivative were synthesized. The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, NMR, and Mass spectral data. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activity against pathogenic bacteria and fungi. Compounds TP-17, N-((4,5-dihydro-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-thiocarbamoyl-1-H-pyrazol-3-ylamino) (methylthio) methyl) -2- methoxythiazolidine-4-carboxamide and TP-22, N-((4,5-dihydro-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-thiocarbamoyl-1-H-pyrazol-3-ylamino) (methylthio)methyl)-2-methoxy thiazolidine-4-carboxamide exhibited good antibacterial and antifungal activity against the tested microorganisms.
